Our comfortable and spacious accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard. We have worked hard to ensure the restorations are sympathetic to the area, the current buildings and the archaeological rich landscape that surrounds Ardifuir.
The 6 guest rooms occupy what was once the traditional 1800 exterior framework of the farm: the smithy, byre, stables and wool sheds.
Smithy, Byre and Stable
3 very individual twin/double en-suite rooms.
Airy and light bedrooms with central heating, oak floors and raised ceilings.
The bathrooms have large baths and showers, wonderful slate tiling and underfloor heating.
Wool Shed
A labour of love on three levels.
The ground floor has a small kitchen, living room (sofa beds) and bathroom.
Upstairs has two split-level sleeping areas.
A perfect ‘bothy’ for a couple with or without children.
Pirate Room
Named after a book which lives here.
A glorious double room on two levels.
Ground floor has a large living room and underfloor heated bathroom with roll top bath.
Upstairs double bedroom.
Sewing Room
Traditional 1st floor twin room with uninterrupted views down the sound of Jura.
